Cooking
Cooking is a Life Skill that allows players to craft consumable items such as buff dishes and candies. These items provide temporary stat boosts.
🥄 How to Start Cooking
Go to Alker Harbor.
Speak with NPC Chef to purchase Cooking Utensils and a Fire Kit.
Equip the utensils: - Place the Pan in your shield slot - Place the Scoop in your weapon slot
Double-click the Fire Kit in your inventory to place a cooking fire on the ground.
Click on the spawned fire, then press K to open the Skill Window and select the Cooking tab.
Choose the dish you want to cook, enter the quantity, and press Cook to begin.
The finished dishes will appear in your inventory once cooking is complete.
🔥 You must stay near the fire during cooking. Make sure you have enough materials and inventory space.
🧂 Cooking Ingredients
To cook dishes or candies, you’ll need specific materials, most of which are gathered through other life skills:
From Farming - Cooking Ingredient Basket – used for making buff dishes - Sugar Pouch – used for making candies Both items are obtained by harvesting crops from Seed 3 & 4.
From Fishing - Certain fish are used as ingredients in various cooking recipes
📈 Cooking Level Progression
As you cook and progress in the Cooking Life Skill, you’ll unlock new recipes and higher-tier dishes, including advanced candies.
Open the Cooking tab from the Skill Window (K) to check the current level and upgrade requirements.
Each level requires completing specific tasks.
After meeting all requirements, visit the NPC Chef in Alker Harbor.
Purchase and use the appropriate Cook Book based on your current tier.
Upgrading your cooking level will unlock new recipes.
